The Service

Earthworks South Africa is a lead-generation and quote-comparison service. We pass your request to independent earthworks contractors and plant hire providers who may contact you with availability and prices. We do not own machinery or carry out work.

No Obligation

You are not obliged to accept any quotation. We do not guarantee how many providers will respond, how quickly, or that a provider will be available in your area or for your project.

Your Contract Is With the Provider

Any quotation, contract, payment, workmanship, damage, warranty, claim or dispute is between you and the provider you hire. Check their quotation, track record, insurance and terms before you pay a deposit.

Prices and Information

Prices on this website are ballpark ranges based on typical contractor and plant hire rates, for guidance only. They are not quotations or offers. Information about earthworks is general and does not replace advice from an engineer or contractor who has seen your site. You remain responsible for any approvals, permits and the location of underground services.

Your Request

You agree to provide accurate information. By submitting a request you agree to it being shared with relevant providers, as explained in the Privacy Policy.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for the work, advice, prices or conduct of any provider, for damage, loss or injury arising from any work, or for loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
